Additional device for warp-feeding roller used for removing static electricity

Abstract

The invention relates to an additional device for a warp-feeding roller used for removing static electricity which is under the warp-feeding roller. The additional device comprises an additional roller and a water trough. The water trough is fixedly mounted onto supports. The additional roller is located above the water trough and mounted to the supports by means of a bearing. The outer surface of the additional roller is wrapped by a sponge layer. A part of the outer surface of the additional roller is located into a trough cavity of the water trough. The additional roller is tangent to the warp-feeding roller.The additional device for the warp-feeding roller used for removing static electricity has following beneficial effects: by filling water into the trough cavity of the water trough, the sponge layer of the additional roller becomes moistening and is then in contact with the warp-feeding roller tangent to the additional roller so that the surface of the warp-feeding roller becomes moistening; during warp delivery, warps do not deviate from an original delivery path due to an electrostatic effect, thereby avoiding mixing, knotting, warp breakage and other phenomena; outage rate caused by the above phenomena is decreased and production efficiency is increased; and quality of cylindrical weaved cloth is improved.
本发明所述用于除静电的送经辊附加装置,位于送经辊正下方,包括附加辊和水槽,水槽固装于支架上,附加辊位于其上方,通过轴承安装于支架上,附加辊外表面包裹有海绵层,且有一部分位于水槽的槽腔内,附加辊和送经辊相切。向水槽的槽腔内注水,附加辊上的海绵层变得湿润,其再与与之相切的送经辊接触,送经辊表面也会变得湿润,这样在传送经纱时,就不会再因为静电作用导致经纱偏离原先传送路径,出现混乱,打结,断纱等现象,减少由此引起的停机率,提高生产效率,保证了圆筒编织布的质量。
