Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile vehicle-mounted staggering power consumption workstation. A technical scheme is characterized in that the mobile vehicle-mounted staggering power consumption workstation comprises a vehicle main body, a battery pack and a miniature power converter, wherein the battery pack and the miniature power converter are arranged at the bottom art of the vehicle main body, and the battery pack is connected with the miniature power converter; and the miniature power converter comprises a radiator upper shell body, heat pipes, radiating fins, a heated plate, a power semiconductor assembly, a filtering capacitor, an IGBT driver, a converter lower shell body, a converter side wall, a converter upper shell body, a radiator side wall, a supporting body and an air inlet hole. The mobile vehicle-mounted staggering power consumption workstation has the beneficial effects of achieving rapid radiation through arranging the radiator and utilizing the heat pipes, the radiating fins and an auxiliary fan, reducing size of equipment, increases power conversion efficiency, can be applied to household vehicles, reduces household electric cost expenditure through charging and discharging of new energy vehicles, and can serve as an emergency power source during power outage, so that the existing intelligent equipment can obtain more convenient power source.
本发明涉及一种移动式车载错峰用电工作站。其技术方案是包括汽车主体、电池组、小型电力转化器,在汽车主体的底部设有电池组和小型电力转化器,所述的电池组连接小型电力转化器;所述的小型电力转化器包括散热器上壳体、热管、散热片、受热板、功率半导体组件、滤波电容器、IGBT驱动器、转换器下壳体、转换器侧壁、转换器上壳体、散热器侧壁、支撑体、进气孔。有益效果是:通过设置散热装置,并利用热管、散热片及辅助风扇实现了快速散热,减小了设备的大小,提高了电力转换的效率,使其可以应用在家用汽车上,进而通过新能源汽车的充放电,减少了家庭的电费支出,并在停电时作为应急电源使用,使现有智能设备得到更方便的电源。
