Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of sewing machines and specifically relates to a wireless control system with video teaching and for sewing machines. The wireless control system comprises a server and a human-computer interaction panel. The human-computer interaction panel comprises an MCU and a storage device, an input module, an audio output module, a display output module, a wireless module and a communication port which are connected to the MCU. The system has advantages as follows: users undergo unmanned teaching via video and can repeatedly watch the teaching video to be acquainted with operational approach of the sewing machines; teaching efficiency is high, and to the utmost extent, the system brings convenience to users to learn the operational approach of the sewing machines; when a sewing machine breaks down during the using process, a solution can be found out via video such that the sewing machine is convenient to repair; real-time failure monitoring can be carried out on each sewing machine, and wireless control of sewing machines is truly realized; and lots of managers are saved, and manpower and material costs are saved to a great extent.
本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种具有视频教学的缝纫机用无线控制系统,包括服务器与人机交互面板,人机交互面板包括MCU以及与MCU相连接的存储设备、输入模块、音频输出模块、显示输出模块、无线模块、通信口,优点是:本发明通过视频对使用者进行无人教学,使用者可反复多次观看教学视频来熟悉缝纫机的操作方法,教学效率高,极大程度上方便了使用者对缝纫机的操作方法的学习,而且当缝纫机在使用过程中出现故障时,也可以通过视频来找到解决方案,方便维修,能够对每台缝纫机进行实时的故障监控,真正实现缝纫机的无线控制,省去了大量的管理人员,很大程度上节省了人力和物力成本。
