Abstract

本发明公开了一种隧道防水结构及施工方法,防水结构由依次形成在基层外的渗水层和防水层组成,防水层由多块防水板组成,同一断面的防水层由一整张防水板敷成,沿隧道深度方向的相邻防水板形成搭接固定;基层和防水板之间形成有粘扣连接的粘扣钩面层和粘扣毛面层,粘扣毛面层与隧道基层通过钢钉加垫片钉设,粘扣钩面层背面贴合在防水板上,粘扣钩面层和粘扣毛面层构成所述渗水层。该方法包括粘扣毛面层板敷设和防水板敷设,其中,防水板相互搭接焊接的宽度不小于20cm。本发明的有益效果是,防水结构利用粘扣方式实现防水板固定,且省去了现有技术中的土工布,其结构简单、防水板安装牢固,结构稳定,防水效果好,使用寿命长。该方法简单、操作性强。
The invention discloses a tunnel waterproof structure and a construction method. The waterproof structure comprises a water-permeable layer and a waterproof layer which are sequentially formed outside a substrate; the waterproof layer comprises a plurality of waterproof plates; the waterproof layer on the same section is formed by laying one whole waterproof plate, and the whole waterproof plate is overlapped and fixed with the adjacent waterproof plates in the tunnel depth direction; a hook surface layer and a loop surface layer which are connected in a hook-loop bonding manner are formed between the substrate and the waterproof plates; the loop surface layer is arranged with the tunnel substrate through steel nails and spacers; the back of the hook surface layer is matched onto the waterproof plates; the hook surface layer and the loop surface layer are combined to form the water-permeable layer. The construction method comprises the steps of laying loop surface plates on the loop surface layer and laying the waterproof layers, wherein the welding width for overlapping among the waterproof plates is greater than and equal to 20 cm. The tunnel waterproof structure has the benefits that the waterproof plates are fixed in a hook-loop bonding manner, so that geotechnical cloth in the prior art is eliminated; the tunnel waterproof structure is simple and stable, firm in waterproof plate mounting, good in waterproof effect and long in service life; the construction method has the benefits of being simple and high in operability.
