Abstract

The invention relates to an ionic membrane electrolytic cell of a chain type SVG device with a correctable power factor. The ionic membrane electrolytic cell comprises a slot body, wherein an ion exchange membrane is arranged in the slot body for dividing the slot body into an anode chamber and a cathode chamber; a discharge funnel is further arranged on the bottom of the slot body; the discharge funnel is connected with the cathode chamber; the discharge funnel is connected with a liquid outlet tube for discharging electrolytic waste liquor; the bottom of the discharge funnel is provided with a collecting bin for collecting separated-out metal; and an inlet of the collecting bin is connected with the bottom of the discharge funnel. According to the ionic membrane electrolytic cell, the separated-out metal is collected by virtue of the collecting bin, so that metal is collected once separated out, thereby separating electrolyzing work from collecting work, enabling the electrolyzing work and the collecting work to be independent from each other and improving electrolyzing efficiency.
本发明涉及一种含有可矫正功率因素的链式SVG装置的离子膜电解槽,包括:槽体,所述槽体内设置有离子交换膜,所述离子交换膜将所述槽体分割为阳极室和阴极室,所述槽体的底部还设一出料漏斗,且所述出料漏斗与所述阴极室相连;所述出料漏斗与一出液管相连以排放电解废液;在所述出料漏斗的底部设一适于收集析出的金属的收集仓,且该收集仓的入口与所述出料漏斗的底部相连。本发明通过收集仓对析出金属进行收集,能实现析出多少收集多少,做到电解和收集两个工作分开,互相独立,提高了电解效率。
