Abstract

The machining process includes the following steps: a, materials are prepared, wherein the corresponding materials are selected and forged into blanks; b, rough machining is carried out though a grinding machine, wherein grinding through a six-face angle ruler is carried out, and the allowance ranging from 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm is reserved; c, benchwork is done, wherein holes and wire through holes are divided; d, heat treatment is carried out, wherein quenching is carried out, stress is removed, and it is guaranteed that the hardness ranges from 48 HRC to 52 HRC; e, form grinding is carried out, wherein the six faces are ground to obtain the sizes; f, linear cutting is carried out, wherein the external shape and an inclined guide pillar hole are obtained through cutting; g, fine trimming is carried out, wherein an inclined guide pillar is used in a matched manner, and the control gap is uniform. The machining process of the side sliding block is simple and rapid; the machining accuracy of the side sliding block can be guaranteed by reasonably arranging the machining process, and therefore the cost is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种侧滑块的加工工艺,其包括以下步骤:a、备料,选择相应的材料并锻造毛坯;b、磨床粗加工,磨六面角尺并留有0.2~0.3mm余量;c、钳工,划制各孔和穿丝孔;d、热处理,淬火并去应力,保证硬度为48~52HRC;e、成形磨削,磨六面到尺寸;f、线切割,切割外部形状以及斜导柱孔;g、精修,与斜导柱配合,控制间隙均匀。本发明一种侧滑块的加工工艺,加工工艺简单、快捷,合理的安排加工工艺能够确保侧滑块的加工精度,从而大大的降低了成本。
