本发明公开了一种棕榈茶以及制作方法,通过制茶工艺和棕榈花苞工艺将茶鲜叶和棕榈花苞混合在一起,生产出来一种口感好、口味独特、棕苞味甘微苦,含有丰富的维生素、多酚和多种氨基酸,棕苞制成的茶,具有降血压和清凉解暑的作用,与茶组合,不仅增加茶的口感,更能加强防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等特殊功能。
The present invention discloses a palm tea and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, fresh tea leaves and palm buds are mixed together through a tea production process and a palm bud process to produce the tea with a good mouth feel and a unique taste. The palm buds have a sweet and slightly bitter taste, and contain rich vitamins, polyphenols and multi-amino acids, so that the tea made from the palm buds has effects of lowering blood pressure, and cooling and relieving summer-heat, and the combination of the palm buds with the tea not only improves the taste of the tea, but also can enhance aging preventing, cancer preventing, cancer resisting, disinfecting, inflammatory eliminating and other special functions.
